Delivery timeframes are estimates only. RUMIZII is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at returns@rumizii.com with your order number.

• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos for assessment. We will cover return shipping for legitimate defect claims.
